K-ebike Co LLc company is established from October 2022 and we are in ownership of MyVelo Co. Ltd company from South Korea.
We are here in EU from 2019 where we established first branch in Germany and from May 2023 Headquarters and Logistic center in Hungary.

K-ebike Co Kft. has been successfully providing services to numerous clients for 4 years, both end buyers of e-bikes and legal entities our dear partners. In addition to our headquarters and logistics center in Budapest, we also have a branch in Germany, where everything started in 2019, so we are also the only company that produces e-bikes from South Korea, which has its representative office in the center of the EU and which from here runs its business throughout the whole EU.
K-ebike Co Kft. has cooperation with all leading world brands like LG, Bafang and Shimano and with many other partners we produce our batteries and motors through direct cooperation and with all of the above we offer a guarantee of quality with which we present all our brand products.
With direct logistics in the center of CEE we serve the entire EU and deliver e-bikes to every address.
Myvelo Co. Ltd
Myvelo Co. Ltd. is a smart mobility company that manufactures and produces electric bicycles and electric wheelchairs.
Myvelo Co., Ltd. was established in Jeju Island in February 2015 and verified the quality of the product through rental of electric bicycles equipped with self-developed motors and batteries. After about a year and a half of research and development, in 2018, we completed the development of our own model of electric wheelchair, “Joy Wheel” for the first time in Korea.
With the goal of producing and selling electric bicycles and electric wheelchairs Made in Korea, we established a manufacturing production line in the Yulchon Free Trade Zone in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do in October 2018, and as of 2023, 100,000 electric bicycles (annual), electric wheelchairs / electric bicycles We have the infrastructure to produce our own motors and batteries.
Regarding electric bicycles, the European Union (EU) has imposed anti-dumping duties of up to 83.6% on Chinese electric bicycles since July 2018, and as a result, the price competitiveness of Chinese electric bicycles has deteriorated. -By signing an FTA with North America (0% tariff), Made in Korea electric bicycles have become a perfect business to secure global market share.
Electric wheelchairs are expected to gradually expand and increase the silver mobility market in the age of consideration for the socially underprivileged, welfare policies, and aging. Electric bicycles and electric wheelchairs of Myvelo Co., Ltd. will continue to play an active role in the global market with the pride and responsibility of Made in Korea.

NO ANTI-DUMPING TARIFF FREE INTO EU
FTA is an agreement aimed at allowing free flow of goods and services for mutual trade promotion between specified countries. With Korea-US FTA and Korea-EU agreement, the tax-barrier of the US and EU against Korean products be lifted, which leads to the price competitiveness of Korean export. Since tariffs be taken away, Korean products have more prices are competitive and why our customers are chasing our product lineup, which are evolved by our R&D system.
By the regulations in the red box, electric bicycles produced by our company are free from tariffs under the EU-Korea FTA agreement.
